Established in Mallorca in 1998 as Barceló, Garau y Ludwig S.L., we count on many years of experience in project management in the building sector. We consult our private investors even before buying a plot until the houses are completed and sold.

Furthermore, our building projects are also for sale with us once they are finished.
In 2021 we sold one of the most expensive properties available on the market at that time in Son Vida.
In 2020 we created the „BGL Social Lounge“ to hold private events for our clients and friends view times per year. This unique penthouse apartment is situated in Santa Catalina in Palma de Mallorca and offers a beautiful indoor lounge and a huge roof terrace with stunning views over the harbour of Palma and the cathedral – a perfect location for private dinners or small private events like art exhibitions, meetings and workshops.
Art Exhibitions & Collections
We at BGL are passionate about Art. A few times per year we invite friends and clients for an art exhibition at our Social Lounge. We also display our own art collection and some other art permanently.
